Rentals including Delivery & Setup Services
Create a rental wishlist
Time to put together your perfect event? Create your rental wish list (minimum rental value $500) and estimate by browsing and selecting the rental items that will make your event just the way you want it. Select dates and send your request to us with just a few clicks.
Review your quote online
After we have received your rental wish list one of our rental experts will contact you to discuss availability, logistics and pricing for delivery & setup options, timings and to confIrm details like layouts or special rental requests.
Pay and sign online
You will receive your quote and rental agreement online. Secure your reservation by paying the 50% deposit and signing the rental agreement online. You can still add items or make changes to your reservation. For more details check your rental agreement.
Confirm final details
14 days prior to the event and rental date we will contact you to check if your rental list is finalized. We will schedule your final delivery, setup and pickup time and make sure all is ready for you. 14 days prior to the rental date your final payment will be due.

To get started just complete our inquiry form. We will email you a first proposal and schedule a call to chat about some more details and to answer any of your questions. After we customized your package/services to your individual needs we will send you a contract and you can reserve your date with a 50% deposit and signature.
Planning & on-site coordination
We will provide you with our welcome & planning guide and start your planning journey together with you as a team. All of our vendor resources and experience are here to help you until the event date arrives. On your event day(s) we will be in charge of managing the individual components, logistics and vendors on site and ensure all goes smoothly.
Outdoor Dinner & Curated tabletop
Bring the catering outside and leave the logistics to the experts, so you can be a guest at your own event. Planning an outdoor dinner in a remote location can be overwhelming, especially with the limited resources in Moab. We work with local caterers and private venues and have all the rentals you might need to add your personal touches.
